GRACIE QUILTS
In 1998,
Grace, the niece of a Busy Bee member,
died at Harborview Medical Center at the age of four.
The family was given a bereavement kit,
which included a lock of hair, handprints, and a quilt.
We were all so touched by this act of kindness that we decided
to support Harborview Medical Center, Monroe Valley General and
Providence Everett Hospitals, in their efforts by donating quilts on an
ongoing basis throughout the year. These quilts are used
in the pediatric emergency ward and go home with the family.
We named this program "Gracie Quilts" in memoriam to Grace.Free Baby Quilt Patterns -http://www.jeanneraecrafts.com/babymagic.html
