The women and men of Busy Bees Quilters Guild enjoy their meals and the view from the  dining room of Curtis Lodge at Camp Houston.

There are two Annual Busy Bee Quilters Guild Retreats every year,
one in the fall (Oct.) and one in the winter (Feb).
For members "in good standing".
For registration form, prices, and other information:

We have space in the main lodge, Curtis, to set up and sew for days, 24 hours a day if you like!  There is also room in the cabins Paddock, Baker and Keater to set up and sew in the community spaces.  Meals are prepared for us, so no cooking and cleaning!  We share snacks, a lot of laughs, some (okay, a lot) of free advice/opinions/help.  There are always vendors there who have everything we need and more.  This is a GREAT way to make friends within the guild!!

Camp Houston, Cabins

Cabins:

Paddock, Barker and Keator Lodges have heated rooms with two twin beds each.  A restroom and shower serves every four rooms. Each lodge boasts a meeting area with a sink, microwave and refrigerator for snacks, and a fireplace or woodstove. Paddock sleeps 32 while Barker and Keator accommodate 16 each.

Camp Houston Lodge

Curtis Lodge is located adjacent to the three lodges, connected by a covered walkway. Curtis houses the dining hall, kitchen, and central office. The view from the dinning hall is beautiful!
